Tickets are ready to download right after paying and we’ll send you a confirmation email with the tickets attached. Alternatively you can download them from inside your account under “my tickets”.

No, unfortunately not. We want to keep everything as simple as possible. Sellers are able to sell tickets hassle-free in a matter of a few clicks. However, we always have the contact information, just in case of an emergency.
